Andrew Magdy managed the St. Louis branch of a National Bankruptcy Firm before striking it out alone to build his own Law Practice from the ground up. The first months were not easy, but with tenacity, dedication, and an unwavering determination to provide the best, most efficient, and immediately stress-relieving course of action to become debt free through bankruptcy, The Law Office of Andrew Magdy has really made a name for itself in the St. Louis area.
From our Headquarters on Macklind Ave., situated in the picturesque 'Hill' area of St. Louis, we have filed cases for thousands of clients throughout Missouri. Andrew has satellite offices in Bridgeton, and Troy, and hopes to open more soon. Living in the technological age has made it easier for clients who might be busy, or in remote areas, to file bankruptcy with Andrew too. We can do most of the work in our office and over Skype, and you need only show up to the hearing in person - and the courthouse is usually local to you! Call us any time to get more information on this method of filing Chapter 7 or Chapter 13. If you prefer good old fashioned face-to-face meetings, we are of course able to provide that service too.
Making the choice to file bankruptcy is not a difficult one. There are also lots of lawyers out there. But if you want a dedicated lawyer who will handle your case from start to finish, being by your side every step of the way, then do not hesitate to call The Law Office of Andrew Magdy today at: (314) 802-8328

Graduated cum laude from Carleton College, Northfield Minnesota with a BA in German Language and Literature in 1986. Attended graduate school for German Language and Literature at Washington University, Saint Louis Missouri from 1987 to 1989.
Worked at Kramer and Frank from 1989 to 1992. Last position was in foreclosure department. Worked for Steve Brown from 1993 to 2016 as a Chapter 13 Paralegal. Currently with Magdy Bankruptcy Law as our brilliant Chapter 13 paralegal!
I worked at Brown & Crouppen for five years until I left to stay at home with my daughter. I was at home with her for 5 years and during that time I graduated from Nursing School in 2012 and quickly realized that I did not want to be a full time Nurse.
Once my daughter started kindergarten I worked at a Home Health Care Agency for four years prior to starting at this law firm.
I have been working here for just over a year and I love my job.
